Jude arrived on Friday morning, so haven't taken the time to write much. Dutch Resistance Museum in the afternoon and out for pizza at night.  He took off on his own Saturday and left for Copenhagen on Sunday for a few days.
Church on Sunday was fabulous.  The Ghana choir was rocking the place.  Waiting for the bus to get home met a gal from US who hubby works for Tom Tom based in Amsterdam.  Nice conversation about living in the Netherlands.
Took advantage of the nice weather again and took off for the film museum, the EYE museum, located across the water from Central Station.  A very quick ferry ride and you are there.  This is a really interesting building as you can see from the pictures.  It is also a cinema with outrageous prices, about $20 a ticket.  I want to go at least once to see how great the interior of the viewing rooms are.
We have been glued to the TV watching Olympics on the BBC and Euro Sport TV.  Few commercials and 14 hours of nonstop coverage.  I think we are getting bedsores.
Ray celebrated his 65th birthday yesterday.  No great fanfare.  Had dinner in and topped it off with an apple tart with ice cream and whipped cream.
I wanted to watch Rafalca perform today, but no such luck so far.  Love those dancing horses!!
