Today we went to the Lindengracht
Saturday market to do a little grocery shopping. It extends over three city blocks. It is more of a grocery market than the Cuyp
Market, but it also has a few clothing stalls.
The main attraction for us is lunch!
There are always interesting things to see walking around Amsterdam. The first game of the Knock-Out Round of the
World Cup starts soon and we’ll watch the Brazil vs Chile until we go out to
eat, and we’ll be back in time to see some of the game between Colombia vs
Uruguay. Tomorrow it will be crazy when
the Netherlands plays Mexico. We will be
wearing Orange.
