Now that I have my Museumkaart we decided to visit a museum.  The Amsterdam Hermitage is the closest, so that is where we headed.  We thought we could just scan our cards and walk through the gate.  Well no, they’ve changed the process.  Now we have to go to the ticket desk to get an actual paper ticket.  So that is where we headed.  A couple of river cruise boats must be in town, because the line to get tickets had at least 75 people in line, and the line wasn’t moving very fast.  We changed plans and headed for the Amsterdam History Museum.  There was no line for tickets there.  We strolled through the museum, we have visited here several times before.  It is an interesting place, with many interactive displays.  On our way home we stopped at another department store, and found the piece of hardware we were looking for.  Overall it was a pretty good day.  We may go out for a drink later tonight, we have a few favorite spots that aren’t too far
