A day out with friends

Jim and Nanny, our Amsterdam friends took us to North Amsterdam to see a lovely village with original wood houses.  It was their anniversary today, and they treated us too lunch!  We ate at Het Schoolhuis (the school house) restaurant.  It is a family run place in an old two room school.  The food was delicious.  Sue had a salad with veal with tuna sauce, and I had the salad with smoked goose, pears and chutney sauce.  We then visited Broek in Waterland, a small village with many original houses, very quaint.  It was too foggy to take many photos, but I managed to take a few.
