We all went to the
British Library this morning at 11:00.
We showed Steve and Hannah the Rosetta Stone and the Elgin Marbles (from
the Parthenon) and then we split up to meet again in a couple of hours. Sue and I went off to track more of the “The
History of the World in 100 Objects”. We
found 11 before we met up again with Steve and Hannah around 13:30. We went across the street to the Museum Pub
for lunch. After lunch we went to the
see the Treasures of the British Library.
On the way we went through Kings Cross station so Hannah could get her
photo at Harry Potter’s Platform 9¾.
Hannah got her photo and so did Sue!
After the British Library Steve and Hannah were going to the London Eye,
Sue and I went home to rest. It’s 21:30
and they are still out on the town.
