Friday Nov 15, 2019 – Amsterdam
Thursday was a day of rest, we did go out to the grocery,
but that was it. Today we finally timed
our visit to the Basilica St. Nicholas at the right time. So of course there are photos, but not as
many as I usually take. It is a beautiful
church. Then we walked around a bit, Sue
has to get her steps in. That sock store
is amazing. I tried to buy a pair with a
photo of Karl Marx but the lady said the sock would stretch out so much that the
image wouldn’t be legible. We are
resting up now before we go out for dinner.
