Saturday Nov 16, 2019 – Amsterdam
Another lazy day, just like at home. We went to Mass at 1715
(Sue has explained that a colon is not used in military time). After Mass we walked through Rembrandtplein
and saw that the Skating Rink was now in operation. Most of the skaters were youngsters, as the photos
show. Then we stopped at the Café Gollum
right on the way home. The bar has 30
beers on tap and over 300 beers in cans & bottles. We had another favorite the Karmeliet Tripel,
about 8.4% ABV. Then it was home to
watch more BBC telly.
