We arrived in London on Thursday.  An uneventful trip from Amsterdam to Brussels and on to London via the Eurostar.  Both trains were packed. It is holiday time in Europe and everyone goes someplace else.

We were a little delayed in getting into our apartment, but it is pretty nice.  Definitely bigger than our apartment in Chicago.  The bathrooms are small, but everything is AOK.

We are near Euston Rail Station and University Collge London.  Jude spent a summer here at the university when he was in law school.  He and his girlfriend, Tamme are coming in 2 weeks, so he will recognize the neighborhood.  It is quite diverse.  Lots of Indian restaurants around, a few pubs and all the conveniences of home at our fingertips.
